Anthony Pitman Carr

Private Carr was wounded at the Battle of the Second Bull Run on August 30th, 1862. He was discharged from the service the next year because of this wound. He again joined the Army on October 17th, 1864. This  time he was in Company H of the 34th Indiana Infantry where he served until his muster out on October 16th, 1865.

His father Job Carr also served in the Civil War in Company I of the 36th Indiana Infantry.

Anthony received a pension after the war.
